Return of Goods Policy:

· All pieces are hand crafted by Steve Handley for your enjoyment. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the piece within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. All pieces must be undamaged and unused, in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the delivery note. Post and freight charges are not refundable.

· If goods arrive damaged or if the wrong item has been dispatched the customer must give notice within 14 days after receipt of goods. Goods can be returned with a full refund including shipping charges.

· If the customer fails to give notice, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the relevant order as being delivered in accordance with their instructions and to have accepted the products as being free from all defects.

· Goods for return should be insured for their full value and addressed to Steve Handley Furniture Maker, The Barn, Parklands, Knipton Lodge, Pasture Lane, Knipton, Lincs. G32 1RE. Goods must be wrapped in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by the delivery note. Steve Handley reserves the right to charge the full cost if goods fail to return or are returned damaged.

· Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the
purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount minus original carriage.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Steve Handley website and shall be ruled by the laws of England. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them please do not use this website. If you do access the website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

· How to Order: Orders can be placed online through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability.

· Method of Payment: Steve Handley accepts payment by way of Mastercard and Visa credit cards, and Switch debit card. All payments are made through the secure facilities of ‘Secpay’.

· Pricing Policy: All products on www.stevehandley are priced in £’s sterling only.

· Complaints: If you have complaints, we need to know about them immediately. We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to steve@stevehandley.co.uk. We will acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 2 days, and will attempt to resolve any contentious issues as soon as possible.

· Delivery: All goods are handmade and dispatch is dictated by availability of items required in making the piece. Every effort is made to dispatch each piece as soon after your order is received as possible. If you would like a find out the status of your delivery please email steve@stevehandley.co.uk for a tracking number.

· Carriage: Please allow 28 days for delivery. These target delivery days are a guide only and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to areas outside major cities or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take a little longer.

· Privacy: Thank you for your order or for your interest in Steve Handley products. These records are kept on our own computer and are totally secure. You have the right at any time to update or correct the information we hold. We do not sell or share personal information.

· Security: This website takes precautions to protect users' information. All financial transactions are secure and utilise SSL technology. Always make sure that the secure padlock symbol is showing at the bottom of your screen when making financial transactions.
